It bugs me that Bugthesda didn't give us an option to toggle our aim, so after a lot of searching and experimenting, I finally found a way to toggle aiming. Until someone much better at scripting and modding finally comes around to do this, I figured it'll be a good enough work around. Fallout 4 Toggle Aim Mod
Waiting is a little different than in past games where you could select the method via a button press. Now to wait, you must find a piece of furniture that you do NOT own and sit, which will allow you to initiate a wait period.
